Council Boss Declares Skill Acquisition and Empowerment Training Programme Open.

In furtherance of the present administration’s goal of promoting youth development and empowerment, the chairman, Hon AbdulRaheem Olajide Jimoh has organised an empowerment training programme for women and youth in the LCDA. The five days training programme will cover areas like soap making and pomade, bead making, Paint making and Event decoration.

Declaring the programme opened, the Chairman, Hon, AbdulRaheem Olajide Jimoh said our youths are our tomorrow and for any nation to make appreciable progress in various spheres of human existence, youth development must be given its pride of place.  He enjoined the participants to make the best use of the opportunity provided by the council to acquire skills in their choice of vocation that will make them self reliant and dependent.

    I personally want to congratulate u Jide Jimoh for such a wonderful programme,u have done well living up to expectation. Certainly d beneficiaries are now self employed,pls make bold to continue with this programme,a lot of crime will be eleminated,when men and women both old and young are not iddle.
    Let us get first time information to also gain and benefit pls,pls pls.

    This is a wind of change,you are a man of Honour for sure,I think u desrve a big applause meanwhile what is happening to some roads within Yaba,u started very well but works has slow down. Just try and do more,empower d youths and women alike d result will be too much to comprehend ,best of luck
